Before the big night even began, Taylor Swift won the year’s top honor! The superstar is being awarded with the first-ever Dick Clark Award for Excellence at the 2014 show.
T-Swift, who is opening the show with her television debut performance of “Blank Space,” will be presented with her award by none other than the legendary Diana Ross.
